Electronics/ HW Engineer

Job description:

Serve as an Engineering HW focal point for ANC (Active Noise Control) into clients systems .
Manage the Project timeline, integration steps and functional progress.
Manage the product requirements, test plans and documentation.
Lead and facilitate internal product design discussions with R&D team.
Gather technical requirements for the product internal and customer specific functionality.
Inbound and Outbound product communication.
Work with the internal development and project teams to define the product Road Map and drive product improvements.
Joint work with lead car manufactures ,OEM, ODM, including joined workshops, test drives and functional tuning.

Job Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical engineering from a leading institution
Deep understanding of hardware design concepts and in HW projects such as: DSP implementation into customer AMP board, board design , FPGA , ASIC
At least 5 years of experience in managing multi Multiplayer projects / programs.
Experience with electronic test methodologies and equipment (?.)
Ability to interact with customers, management, and members of the team in a positive and collaborative method- Must
Experience with Autonomous industry or Audio System – Advantage
Background in HW development role – Advantage.
Fluent English and Hebrew.
