Job Overview:

As a Bookkeeper at Silentium, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions and records of our company, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record Financial Transactions:
    Accurately record all financial transactions, including POs, invoices, payments, expenses, and receipts into the accounting system.
  • Bank Reconciliation
    Reconcile bank statements to ensure the accuracy of transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable:
    Manage accounts payable and receivable, process payments, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and track company expenses, categorize them appropriately, and maintain organized records.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and assist with the preparation of tax documents.
  • Payroll Processing: Process employee payroll Journal Entries accurately and on time.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide support for financial analysis, including variance analysis and cost control.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including contracts, invoices, and receipts.
  • Reporting to the CFO&COO you will work hand in hand with outsourced and internal teams to support the Operations processes of the company, including shipments, invoices monitoring etc…

 

Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping Type 2/3.
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper
  • Proficiency in Priority and accounting software and Microsoft
  • Office Suite.
  • Understanding of the ERP system flow
  • Experienced with MASAV
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and payroll processing is a plus.
