Silentium is seeking an Acoustics and Audio Application Engineer to play a crucial role in
implementing and delivery of Silentium current and next generation products to carline programs.

Job Description

The Product Delivery engineer is part of the Business Development Group and will be based in Israel (with an option to relocate to Europe in the future).

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position are the following:

  • Support company’s business development activities by:
    • Conducting live demonstration of company’s solutions
    • Leading and managing (engineering-wise) Proof of Concept (PoC) Projects – understanding the requirements and complexity, planning, and optimizing the solution to specific product.
    • Leading and managing (engineering-wise) full lifecycle of projects – starting from feasibility stage, understanding the requirements and complexity, planning, and building the solution to the product, implementation, and production.
    • Conduct research and studies on site and submit reports
  • Deep understanding of the technology and mastering the company’s SW and HW tools.
  • Work closely with the company’s customers, as well as the BD and R&D departments.
  • Offering technical support for customers.
  • Frequent travels and working at customers sites abroad.

 

Main skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Physics, Math or related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in multi discipline system (HW, SW, Signal processing and acoustics). Outstanding graduates with relevant experience will be considered
  • Experience in execution of intensive projects with demanding schedule.
  • Programming Experience in MATLAB – Advantage
  • Familiarity with acoustic and measuring equipment – Advantage
  • Excellent English – Must; Additional languages – Advantage
  • Team player and able to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize ongoing projects.
  • Willingness to travel abroad for short and long periods
  • Troubleshooting skills & Technical understanding
  • Business savvy
