Main Responsibilities

Responsible for software release planning of Silentium’s Software Product for OEMs & Tier 1s

Responsible for delivering the customer deliverables and software release on time and quality

Aligning internal development plans with customers planning

Reporting to stakeholders and customers about latest development statuses

 

Job description:

 

  • Act as Scrum Master and coordinate multidiscipline project teams
  • Coordinate and project manage third parties/customers activities efficiently
  • Reporting of technical developments
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Software Quality Management – Bug reporting
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks, Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Research & Development of signal processing algorithms, with focus on acoustical sound management algorithms like: MIMO active noise control, linear prediction, adaptive filtering, dimension reduction, machine learning etc.
  • Deep technical understanding of Embedded Software development

 

Requirements:

  • Sc.  in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science/Physics
  • Software project management record in technological environment- a must
  • Agile development methodology
  • Knowledge of automotive development processes such as ASPICE – an advantage
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in SW development in multi- Disciplinary products– an advantage
  • Experience in the automotive industry/ Management of OEM/Tier 1 projects – an advantage
  • Experience in automotive qualification and validation processes- an advantage
  • Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
